What is Seamless Nickel 201 Pipe?
Seamless Nickel 201 Pipe (UNS N02201) is a commercially pure wrought nickel alloy with a minimum of 99.0% Ni, engineered for extreme corrosion resistance, high-temperature stability, and structural integrity. Compared to Nickel 200, Nickel 201 features a lower carbon content (max 0.02%), which prevents graphitization—a type of embrittlement occurring in nickel between 315°C and 650°C (600°F – 1200°F).
Manufactured from a single solid billet without welds, these pipes ensure maximum mechanical strength and leak-free performance, even in aggressive chemical and high-pressure environments.
